Manual Tongs, also known as Manual Rig Rotary Tongs, are necessary oilfield tools applied to make up and break out pipes, coupling hoop of the drill pipe, joint, casings, casing hoops etc.
Our manual tongs are designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec 7K. The tong is constructed by a number of lug jaws and pins with a long arm, so with the help of changing lug jaws and latch steps can adjust different handling sizes of the tongs. Each tong features tough, heavy-duty designs with heat-treated hinge pins and long-lasting "stagger tooth" tong dies (Blue Diamond, Pyramid).
In addition, Manual Tongs we offered are interchangeable with other major manufacturers’ tongs (Mud King Products, Woolley), and equivalent to Varco BJ, NOV, BVM and BV tongs. Kindly note that different torque's tongs can be chosen according to the requirements of the usage.
All main parts of the manual tongs made are cast by vacuum method with special alloy steel, and then well heat treated. They possess the characteristics of lightweight, high toughness and strength, high torque rating, wide applicable range, easy for operation and reliable.
