Hydraulic Drilling Jar

Good news is that our customer and End user in Africa has order a batch of hydraulic drilling jars,now we are working on it as per the RFQs.

In drilling operations, due to the complex geological structure (such as wellbore collapse, plastic flow and extrusion of strata in open hole), and improper technical measures (such as long pump stop time, bit mud packs, etc.), drilling tools often get stuck, and the drilling jar is one of the effective tools to relieve stuck accidents.

There are mainly three types of drilling jars used:

--Drilling Jar: To be designed in the drill string assembly, if there is a jam during drilling or pulling, it can be jolted out at any time

--Super Fishing Jar: Only go into the well when it needs to be unstuck and do not work for long periods

--Surface Bumper Jar: Only used in the wellhead, and its shock effect on the stuck point is downward shock, which is more convenient to use on site.

Based on the structure, drilling jars are divided into Mechanical type, Hydraulic type and Mechanical-Hydraulic type.

Drilling jars are of great significance to the drilling operation. The selection and use correct drilling jars product can exert its efficiency and bring greater economic benefits to the drilling industry.
