The inner lined pipe and the outer base pipe can form a bimetal composite pipe through the hydraulic expansion technology or digital underwater deflagrating technology. The base pipe plays role of pressure-bearing and rigid support of the pipeline, and the lining pipe is transportation of gas or liquid with strong corrosion medium (such as Cl-, CO2, H2S, etc.).
Different corrosion-resistant alloys can be utilized according to the chemical composition of the transported medium. It can be austenitic stainless steel 304/316L, Alloy 625/825, 22Cr/25Cr and other new high corrosion resistant alloy materials.
