Hydraulic Breaking Unit (Break Out Machine) is an important equipment generally used to makeup or breakout of thread connections on drilling tools, tubular string pipes, and relative other downhole drilling equipments. It is also to known as make up or break out machine, Casing and tubing coupling bucking unit, break out machine applied in all kinds of petroleum geology.
We are supplying Hydraulic Breaking Unit (Break Out Machine) with six radial cylinders and double sliding arms is designed for workshop to make-up and break-out thread connection of Down Hole Motor. Rotating and sliding chuck are both adjustable clamping cylinders,fix and clamp workpiece by chuck body and tong. Sides plates of sliding chuck link together with chuck body in bearing base and through end flange to achieve limitation.There are rotating orbit, draw tool orbit and faster screwing tool. Faster screwing is achieved by conducting rod position,double clamping and four friction wheels, Thus,it is convenient to make up or break out the drilling motors and reduces labor strength as well as raises productivity by completing screwing,spinning and drawing at the same time.
