DR Roller Reamers


Our DR Roller Reamers are designed for reaming and stabilization in any type of formation used in oil and gas drilling operations. The same body by changing roller assembly, will suit a wide range of hole sizes. The upper and lower axle seat is easy to replaceable on platform. There is a “T” groove between axle seat and main body, so the structure is more stable and safe. All parts of the tools are made of special alloy steel and heat treated for hardness. Drilling crews can easily replace any part in the field without the use of special tools.

 

Hard facing of roller:

Type T: Soft formation

Type B: Hard formation

Type F: Medium hard formation

 

We are offering three types of cutters for different type of formation. 

Please specify when ordering：

- Hole size;

- String type or near bit type;

- Drill collar size;

- Top and bottom connection;

- Cutter types.
