Wellhead API 16C API 6A Kill Manifold

When the wellhead pressure rises, heavy drilling fluid can be pumped into the well through the kill manifold to balance the bottomhole pressure and prevent the well kick and blowout.The blowout line connected with it can be used for direct blowout to release the bottomhole pressure;It can also be used for cementing operations by injecting clean water and fire extinguishing agent into the wellhead through the kill manifold single flow valve. Kill fluid or other fluids can only be injected into the well and cannot be returned to achieve the purpose of killing the well and other operations

A set of kill manifold mainly composed of one-way valve, gate valve, pressure gauge and connecting pipeline. It is connected to the BOP on one end and the injection pump on the other end. Kill manifold and choke manifold are designed and used in accordance with API standard. At present, the pressure levels of kill manifold produced by our company are 14MPa, 21MPa, 35MPa, 70MPa, 105MPa etc..
